Municipal Property Assessment Corporation

The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) is an independent, not-for-profit corporation funded by all Ontario municipalities. Their role is to accurately assess and classify all properties in Ontario. They do this in compliance with the Assessment Act and regulations set by the Government of Ontario. They are the largest assessment jurisdiction in North America, assessing and classifying over 5.3 million properties with an estimated total value of $2.96 trillion in 2019. Upon completing the static annual report, Studio 141 partnered with us to enhance their presentation.
